Flex & Chill

Flexibility training improves the range of motion of your joints and muscles while also decreasing the risk of injury. We believe this class is vital for all adults practicing any sport but also for anyone who simply wants a relaxing class to stretch out the kinks in the body.

In each session we complete a thorough full body warm-up, focusing on cardio and dynamic movement to get the muscles supple and ready to stretch.

Then we soften the lights, put on some chill music and we slow down. We stretch all areas of the body while focusing on even, deep breathing so that we can get into our end range of movement comfortably and safely. By the end of the class you’ll feel more centred and calm and we know you’ll sleep much better afterwards too!

Handbalance & Floor Tricks

Let us teach you the art of Handbalancing! This class focuses on building upon the basics of shoulder and wrist strength and stability after a thorough full body warm-up. We then move on to safe and effective techniques for learning Headstands, Handstands, Levers, Crows and more.

Our unique teaching methods and progressive learning system will help you develop your own skills to achieve freestanding handstands and many other balances. All exercises given in this class will compliment your practice and increase overall strength, agility and flexibility.

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. So whether you have already trained some Handbalance or you’re a total newbie, we have something for you!

Kids Trapeze

Have your kids ever wanted to run away with the circus? Now they can, for one hour of Trapeze training suitable for all kids ages from 5-12 years.

In this class we will teach them the fundamentals of Trapeze, helping each child to build a strong foundation of strength, coordination and flexibility, all while learning amazing skills like inverts, leg hangs, spins, swings and flips. Each of our kids classes will have two instructors present to ensure each child gets the maximum amount of attention and safety whilst on the Trapeze.

The art of Trapeze dates back to the mid 1800's and this magical apparatus is now the basis of an incredible fitness class at Fierce! Using our unique curriculum we will teach you a wide variety of tricks and poses on the Trapeze.

We incorporate strength and conditioning exercises both on and off the Trapeze as well as a variety of full body stretches to keep you mobile and supple. "There is no way I would ever be able for that!" - Is this you? Don’t worry! Our curriculum is designed for men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes.

Even if you have never exercised before we will ensure you get fitter and stronger all while learning a unique and fun new skill - Come learn to fly with us!

Circus Fit

Ever wanted to run away with the Circus? Circus Fit is a fun and exciting way to get yourself fit. We incorporate a variety of traditional circus skills all within the one class.

You can learn Static Trapeze, Aerial Rope, Handstands, Rings, Spinning Trapeze, Flying Pole and lots more!

We have designed a specific curriculum, giving you step by step instructions to progress at your own pace which makes this class suitable for all fitness levels, men and women of all shapes and sizes.

Not only will you find yourself getting fitter, stronger and more flexible but you will also learn a variety of amazing tricks and skills which will leave you wanting to learn more and more!

Pole Fitness

Beginners classes are available to anyone, all ages, shapes & sizes! No prior experience in fitness or dance is necessary to join our studio. Have no core/upper body strength? No worries, Let us build it for you.

We start right at the beginning. We will slowly build upon what we know in each class. Starting with a full body aerobic warm up & floor exercises on the mat, we gear up for a class full of conditioning lifts, dynamic spins, and fun combos that will have you airborne in no time! Challenge yourself, you may be surprised at what you can achieve!

Intermediate / Advanced / Elite? Do you want to continue your Pole journey? We want to facilitate you. Our studios welcome complete Beginners but host classes of all levels of for all Pole fitness enthusiasts. From Beginners right through to Elite, we have a class that will suit your needs and help you to achieve your Pole goals.
